Christmas decoration ofthe community tree Sunday 7th December 10am-12noon Why not join the Grange Area Trust trustees and volunteers to help decorate the community tree in the South Field. If you can “Bring-a-Bauble” so much the better to help refresh the decorations.
Widmer End CC School brought the sunshine and their enthusiasm for the environment to help plant over 100 saplings in our new hedgerow. A slightly chaotic hour of digging, planting and watering ensued, but by the end a good section of almost straight double row hedging was in place. Thanks to Jill Sadler of Widmer

Hedgerow for Malcolm’s Paddock We started to plant some of the 420 hedging trees & shrubs received from the Woodland Trust. This will form a double row hedge to replace a dilapidated fence that defined the border of Malcolm’s Paddock. The hedgerow should grow into a much better environment for birds, insects and small mammals
