Hedgerow for Malcolm’s Paddock
We started to plant some of the 420 hedging trees & shrubs received from the Woodland Trust. This will form a double row hedge to replace a dilapidated fence that defined the border of Malcolm’s Paddock. The hedgerow should grow into a much better environment for birds, insects and small mammals to live in. The Widmer Fields volunteers Sally, Nick and Dave gave their time to get the project started.
